Ms. Croes has a remarkable ability for merging sophisticated planning and scientific method to structure for growth collaboration and operational excellence.  Her insights with regard to infrastructure, leadership, staffing, and tasks have reengineered care delivery to boost quality and value without multimillion-dollar investments in facilities and buildings.  Under her guidance, physicians challenged by the competing demands of clinical, research, and teaching obligations find ways to elevate their commitments to patient care.

Ms. Croes earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Simmons College, Graduate School of Management in Boston.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University.
